Every product sold on Cellulare.net is under guarantee for 24 months

- If you find the product faulty within 5 days from the purchasing date, Cellulare.net will replace it
DOA - Product replacement:
If you find a problem in the product within 5 days from the purchasing date, Cellulare.net will replace the product. It must be a serious malfunctioning problem or a damage (the phone doesn't switch on, the product is seriously ruined), and not a problem of your dissatisfaction. Follow the procedure below:
- Send within 5 days from the date you received the product an e-mail to assistenzatecnica @ Cellulare.net (write it without spaces)
- Indicate the order number in the e-mail object
- Indicate the manufacturing fault in the e-mail text
- In the following working day Cellulare.net will reply to you accepting DOA procedure or not. We'll indicate you the return number (Return code) and what you've to do to send the product back.
You find the faultiness after 5 days from the purchase
In this case you've to address to the manufacturer assistance service centre on your Country territory.
Cellulare.net offers assistance and support only on the Italian territory, because of the difficulty in managing these kind of files from abroad.
Follow the procedure below:
- Send an e-mail to assistenzatecnica @ Cellulare.net (write it without spaces)
- In the e-mail object indicate the order number
- In the e-mail text indicate the problem and the reason why you can't contact the manufacturer
- Cellulare.net will send you the return number (Return code)
- Safely repack all the products (original casing, instructions book, cd-rom, accessories, etc...). Packaging must be damage-proof and protect products from any transportation inconvenient. We don't accept incompleted or badly done packaging. Send us the product back. You've to take the shipping expenses on.
When we receive the product, we send it to our assistance service centre to repair it.
- If the mobile phone is under guarantee, it will be repaired for free and you'll have to pay only the shipping expenses;
- If the mobile phone is not under guarantee:
- We'll send it to the manufacturer assistance service centres
- An estimate for repair will be put in and communicated to the customer
- The repair will be done only after the acceptance of the estimate by the customer
- Mobile phone will be send back and the customer will be charged of shipping expenses and repair service.
