Withdrawal from purchase

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of any product you buy. Procedures are easy and fast. You have 10 days, starting from the date of purchase, to exercise your right. Non compliancy of product with order

Cellulare.net\'s staff checks twice to see that content matches the order placed by the customer before dispatching the order. In case of mistakes, our staff readily replaces the product sent. To inform us of this kind of mistake, follow the instructions:
  • Send an e-mail to our customer service at postvendita @ Cellulare.net (write the address without spaces), indicating the order number and the mistake
  • Wait for the authorization code from our staff. You will have to include this code on the return form;
  • Include the document attached to the invoice in your package, or download it here, and fill it in.
  • Follow the instructions to repack the product with its accessories (protective films, instructions book, etc...); check that all counters in mobile phone are reset, that is, that no calls or sms/mms are registered on the mobile phone. We don\'t accept incomplete or damaged packaging.
  • When you\'re done, contact again our after sales service; we will contact our express courier to arrange for product pick-up. We take care of these expenses.
  • Cellulare.net will receive the products, will verify their integrity and will send you the correct product.

The product I purchased doesn\'t work properly

Cellulare.net absolutely doesn\'t sell malfunctioning products. Every product we sell works perfectly, with software and instructions guaranteed and in English.

For errors uniquely assignable to a third party, we immediately intervene solving the problem. The procedure is the following:

  • Send an e-mail to assistenzatecnica @ Cellulare.net (write the address without spaces). In the subject line you\'ll have to state the order number and the problem you have;
  • Cellulare.net will answer you within the next weekday and send you the instructions to follow. In some cases the product will have to be sent back. (Return code)
  • Carefully repack all the products (original box, instruction book, cd-rom, accessories, etc...). Packaging must be free of damage and protect products from any inconvenience during transport. We don\'t accept incomplete or bad packaging.
  • Print the return form we sent you by e-mail, fill it in describing the problem or fault and put it into the package with the purchase invoice.
  • When you\'re done, contact once more our customer assistance service. We will contact our express courier to arrange for the product's withdrawal. We take care of these expenses.
  • Our staff will check the fault and either replace the product or refund you.
